Music has always carried protest, memory, and the spirit of change. Inspired by the words and warnings of Alex Krainer, I wrote the song “Shaking the Jar” — a rock ballad that captures the tension between fading empires and the rise of a new multipolar order.

🔥 The Message Behind the Song

In his recent interviews, Alex Krainer described how Europe has become trapped — subservient to the United States, losing economic independence, and now panicked at the decline of the old hegemony. He compared our world to a jar of red and black ants: left alone, they live peacefully, but once shaken, they attack each other. That’s how great powers manufacture wars.

The song takes this image — the shaking of the jar — and turns it into a refrain, a warning, and a rallying cry.

🎵 Key Lyrics

> Shaking the jar, the people collide,

Wars of deception where the innocent die.

But a new dawn rises, breaking the chains,

The multipolar world will remain.

The chorus echoes the core of Krainer’s thought: though wars are manufactured, though deception runs deep, the tide is shifting. The multipolar world — built by Russia, China, Iran, and others — is emerging while the old colonial order crumbles.

🌍 Why It Matters

Europe’s decline: Once the center of world power, now drifting without sovereignty, dependent on Washington.

The U.S. pivot: Trump and Putin’s Alaska meeting showed how quickly alliances can shift, leaving European leaders desperate.

The Balkan danger: As Ukraine falters, new wars may be provoked in Bosnia and beyond.

The moral façade: Western leaders cloak war in the language of morality — “for the children,” “for democracy” — while real motives remain power and money.

The song calls this out: behind the moral slogans is an empire in decline, shaking the jar to keep control.

🎶 Why a Rock Anthem?

Rock has always been the voice of rebellion — from Dylan’s protest songs to Pink Floyd’s cries against war. “Shaking the Jar” blends that tradition with today’s struggles, creating an anthem for those who refuse to accept endless wars and manipulated conflicts.

It’s meant to be sung loud, with grit and power, as a reminder that people are not powerless.

This song isn’t just music — it’s a message. A message that we can’t let others shake the jar, divide us, and lead us blindly into new wars.

🎶 Lyric - Shaking the Jar

by Raffi Rahman (Sasteria)

Empires fading, fires still burn,

Europe’s leaders with no place to turn.

Trump and Putin strike a deal in the cold,

The old world crumbles, a new one unfolds.

Shaking the jar, the people collide,

Wars of deception where the innocent die.

But a new dawn rises, breaking the chains,

The multipolar world will remain.

Frozen billions, stolen away,

Trump says move them — Europe will obey.

Zelensky smiling, maybe he’ll survive,

While old empires fight to stay alive.

Shaking the jar, the people collide,

Wars of deception where the innocent die.

But a new dawn rises, breaking the chains,

The multipolar world will remain.

Yes, the tide is turning, the old fades away,

From Alaska to Eurasia, a new sun lights the day.
